Troposphere Layer

This layer is the closest layer to the Earth.  This is where weather occurs.  It begins on Earth's surface and extends out about 4-12 miles.  This layer's temperature decreases with height.  Most clouds are also found in this layer.  This layer is also known as the lower atmosphere.
